Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Prospects platform, which connects players, scouts, schools, clubs, and football agents’ offices. By registering and using our services, the user declares that they agree with all conditions set forth herein.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

  • Registration requires express agreement with these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, including the use of photos for AI training.
  • Users who do not agree with the terms may not use the platform.

3. Registration and User Responsibilities

  • Registration: You must provide truthful and up-to-date information.
  • Uploaded content: Each user is responsible for the content (videos, photos, text) they publish and must ensure it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
  • Moderation: The platform will use scripts to detect content unrelated to football. Videos identified as inappropriate will be disabled and not listed.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

  • Face photos submitted by users will be used to train the AI solely for facial recognition and tracking during football matches streamed exclusively on the platform.
  • Access to players’ personal and technical data is restricted to paying users only.

5. Prohibitions and Penalties

  • Use of the platform to create or spread deepfakes, manipulate images, or engage in any fraudulent practices is strictly prohibited.
  • If these terms are violated, Prospects reserves the right to suspend or cancel the user’s account, with escalating measures in case of repeat offenses.

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright

  • Published content remains the user’s responsibility, who warrants they have the rights necessary to share it.
  • The platform does not claim ownership of uploaded content but reserves the right to remove or moderate it to ensure compliance with these terms.

7. Security and Privacy

  • Protecting users’ personal data is a priority, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
  • In the event of security incidents, users will be informed by email.

8. Limitation of liability and availability

  • The Prospects platform does not guarantee hiring, visibility, professional success, or any sporting or financial outcome for users.
  • Prospects does not participate in, broker, or assume liability for negotiations between users; such matters are entirely the responsibility of the parties involved.
  • The platform may undergo maintenance, updates, or occasional downtime; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

9. Changes and updates

  • These Terms of Use may be changed at any time; changes will be communicated to users by email.
  • Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by Brazilian law, with adjustments as needed to comply with GDPR requirements and U.S. legislation.
